(Please refer to our Maintenance and Frequently Asked Questions sections before proceeding with a return)

 
How to Receive Service as a Consumer

  1. Enclose lighter(s) in a properly padded envelope or ask a Vector retail dealer for a service envelope.

  2. Clearly print your name, desired return address, and telephone number at which you can be reached and include this information with your lighter(s).

    Please be aware that there is a $7 return postage fee for tabletop ligthers (for example: NITRO, MINI NITRO, RAPIDFIRE, MEGAPUMP, TRI-PUMP, and VIKING.)
    Return postage for international repairs of any lighter is $15.

  3. Send lighter(s) to the address below.

  4. Insure package with carrier for possible loss during transit. Vector-KGM is not liable for any lighters lost in transit.


Vector KGM 's Limited No Proof Warranty

Vector lighters passed all of KGM's demanding tests and inspection standards set by KGM Quality Control. KGM warranty covers mechanical parts only under normal use and excludes damages resulting from misuse, tampering and abuse of lighters. This warranty does not apply to the outer case finish of a lighter. To obtain service under this warranty, see instructions above.

KGM OFFERS THIS WARRANTY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, IS IN EFFECT ONLY FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THE FIRST PARAGRAPH ABOVE. KGM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ITS LIGHTERS.
